Mobile responsive and colorful, this overhaul looks nothing like it's predicessor. The CMS back-end platform is a .Net technology; a proprietary CMS interface that municipal staff members use to make basic content changes to thier website. No matter the CMS running (for the average user), for the designer/front-end developer, the usual HTML, CSS and javascript languages are used to build the framework, functionality and over design of the website.
Like the build above it, this website is also mobile responsive and looks nothing like it's predicessor. The CMS back-end platform is a Google product; an open source CMS interface that anyone can use to make basic content changes to thier website. This website is the "second step" in a two-year project to eventually use WordPress or Drupal 8. Both dev sites are in existance and continued testing for comparison will decide which platform will be used for the final transformation. Both CMS options require HTML, CSS and javascript languages with PHP is needed for the WordPress version and Twig for D8. *only the Google CMS version is in a live environmet for public viewing
